How to Manage Your Multiple Email Accounts Easily
There are a lot of people who own multiple email accounts for various reasons. Somehow they feel they still need those accounts while they get difficulty in maintenance dozens inboxes. By this reason they still get it hard to delete some of them. I personally have more than 10 email accounts such as easy emails. It was not so easy to manage but I tried some ways to make my life easier and so far it is doing well.
The first step I did is making three primary email accounts. One is for friends and business clients, second one is for applying website that needs us to log in and the third is for junk email. Later is the email I always use to put an entry when I am not sure about the credibility of a website where I need to get something from it.
Second, I redirect all emails incoming mails to those three primary accounts one of them is from easy emails. By doing so, I can know all the coming mail to all my accounts and keep monitoring in case I find something useful or my old friends who sent me email while I do not open the inbox for quite long time.
Third, I clean up my inbox regularly, I group some mails that are related each other in a category and I delete all unrelated and useless mail while I keep some emails that probably still useful in the future but not in the time being by moving them to archives.
Those are my tips in managing multiple accounts of emails at the same time. It is very important since our productivity will still be time-saving by making correspondences in less effort while I can still keep my eyes on every easy emails come in to our inbox.
